Integris: how agentic search works
Everything starts with integrisit.com. Split it apart: on the left is how a buyer's question travels through AI answer engines. On the right are the parts Integris controls, which decide whether it gets cited.
Hover over a block, or press Tab to move through them, to see what it does and why it matters.
Foundation
Integris website
integrisit.com is the base everything sits on. Every answer an AI gives about Integris is built from what it can read here and what other sites say about it.
Buyer side
Buyer
An IT or operations lead asks an assistant something like “Who’s a good MSP near me for CMMC compliance?” They often never see a results page.
Buyer side
AI answer engines
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot crawl, read and summarize. They cite the sources they can parse and trust, and skip the rest.
Buyer side
Off-site proof
Third-party reviews, directories such as Clutch, and press coverage. Engines check the site against these before they recommend anyone.
Integris controls
Crawler access
Let AI crawlers in through robots.txt (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended), and serve fast, server-rendered HTML that doesn’t depend on scripts.
Integris controls
Structured data
JSON-LD markup for Organization, Service, LocalBusiness and FAQPage, so engines know exactly what Integris offers and where.
Integris controls
Answer-ready pages
One clear page per service and region, with price ranges and direct answers to common questions. No gated PDFs.
Integris controls
llms.txt + feeds
A clean /llms.txt that maps the key pages, plus an up-to-date sitemap, so agents find the right content quickly.
Outcome
Cited + shortlisted
Integris shows up in the AI’s answer and makes the shortlist. The buyer books an assessment through a simple calendar, with no form wall in the way.

Integris: seller agent architecture
Same foundation, next era. When buyers send agents to shop, the site splits into the deal flow on the left and the tools Integris exposes on the right. Its own seller agent rises in the middle.
Hover over a block, or press Tab to move through them, to see what it does and why it matters.
Foundation
Integris website
Still the base. It now publishes an agent card at /.well-known/agent.json, so buyer agents can discover the Integris seller agent. It also reuses the Phase 1 content.
Deal flow
Buyer's agent
Software acting for the buyer. It shortlists MSPs, compares scope and price, and negotiates before a human ever joins the call.
Deal flow
Guardrails
Price floors, discount limits and approval rules. Anything binding, such as a contract, custom pricing or an SLA change, needs a human to approve it.
Deal flow
Account executive
A person takes over from the agent and closes the contract, with the full conversation and context already logged in the CRM.
Agent tool
Service catalog
Machine-readable, scoped offerings with SLAs, built from the Phase 1 service pages.
Agent tool
Quote engine
Returns per-seat price ranges within approved bands, so the agent can answer “what will it cost?” without waiting for a person.
Agent tool
Trust room
SOC 2 reports, CMMC status and insurance certificates that a buyer’s agent can check on its own.
Agent tool
Calendar + CRM
Books the assessment call and logs every agent conversation as a lead, so nothing gets lost.
Focal
Integris seller agent
Integris’s own agent at a published MCP or A2A endpoint. It answers buyer agents, calls the tools on the right, and hands off through the guardrails.
